River Ridge Golf Club is in Oxnard, Ventura County, on the coastal plain north of Los Angeles at the mouth of the Santa Clara River. Oxnard is the largest city in Ventura County, in the flat agricultural land between the Santa Monica Mountains and the Oxnard Plain that fronts the Santa Barbara Channel.
