Sherwood Forest Golf Club

Sherwood Forest Golf Club is in Sanger, a Fresno County city east of Fresno at the base of the Sierra Nevada foothills. The Kings River flows across the valley floor near Sanger before fanning into the agricultural irrigation network downstream. Highway 180 connects Sanger to Fresno to the west and continues east to Kings Canyon National Park. Table grapes and nectarines dominate the surrounding agricultural economy, and the foothill communities of Dunlap and Orange Cove lie further east along the ridge.
