The Furnace Creek Golf Course at Death Valley

The Furnace Creek Golf Course at Death Valley sits within Death Valley National Park in Inyo County, one of the most extreme desert environments in North America. Located near the valley floor at approximately 214 feet below sea level, the course ranks among the lowest-elevation golf venues in the world. Death Valley records some of the highest temperatures ever measured on Earth, and the 18-hole course operates primarily in the winter months when daytime temperatures fall into a comfortable range. The valley is flanked by the Amargosa Range to the east and the Panamint Range to the west.
