Trona Golf Course

Trona Golf Course is in Trona, a community in the Searles Valley of the Mojave Desert in eastern San Bernardino County. The community grew around the Searles Lake mineral evaporation operations, which produce trona and other minerals from the dry lake bed. Searles Lake lies just west of the town, and the surrounding terrain is high desert at roughly 1,700 feet elevation. Highway 178 connects Trona to Ridgecrest to the south and the Owens Valley corridor to the north.
