The Lakes at El Segundo

The Lakes at El Segundo sits in El Segundo, a small industrial city on the Los Angeles County coastline immediately south of Los Angeles International Airport. El Segundo is positioned on a coastal mesa adjacent to the Chevron oil refinery complex and the LAX aviation campus, in the South Bay coastal corridor between Santa Monica to the north and Manhattan Beach to the south. Despite its dense industrial and aviation infrastructure, El Segundo maintains a residential community and the golf facility provides recreational access in one of the most urbanized sections of the Los Angeles coastline.
