Stoney Links Golf Course (closed) was a public course in Onaway, MI, established 1997.
Stoney Links Golf Course occupied Presque Isle County terrain near Onaway in the northeastern Lower Peninsula, a remote corner of Michigan where sandy soils, jack pine, and mixed hardwood define the landscape between Black Lake to the west and Lake Huron to the east. The course is no longer in active operation. Presque Isle County is among Michigan's least densely populated, and golf facilities here have historically served local residents and visitors drawn primarily to the area's exceptional fishing and hunting rather than to destination golf tourism. The UAW's Black Lake complex and Black Lake Golf Course nearby continue to serve the broader region.
