Golf in Evergreen

Evergreen is the county seat of Conecuh County in south Alabama's longleaf pine landscape, a small city in one of the state's more rural southern counties where the timber heritage and the piney woods character of the coastal plain create a setting defined by the trees and the quiet agricultural economy of the surrounding region. Conecuh County's relative isolation from major economic centers has preserved the character of a traditional Deep South county seat while creating the economic challenges common to rural communities throughout the Black Belt and coastal plain regions of Alabama.
