Golf in Buckeye

Buckeye is a rapidly growing city in far western Maricopa County along the I-10 and I-10 corridor west of the main Phoenix metro, in the flat Sonoran Desert terrain of the West Valley. The city has been one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the United States in recent years, transforming from an agricultural community into a large suburban city with master-planned communities, commercial centers, and industrial zones. Buckeye is anchored on the south and west by the White Tank Mountains and the Sierra Estrella range, giving the outer western developments dramatic mountain backdrop terrain. The Verrado and other large master-planned communities have driven much of Buckeye's growth, attracting families and retirees to the outer western suburbs of Phoenix. Six courses serve the Buckeye community in the western Maricopa County desert terrain.
