Golf in Tifton

Tifton is the county seat of Tift County in south Georgia along I-75, a mid-sized agricultural city that serves as an important regional hub for the south Georgia farming community. The University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences has a significant research station in Tifton that has contributed to peanut, cotton, and turf grass research, and the city hosts the Coastal Plain Experiment Station.
