Golf in Hickam Housing

Hickam Housing is the residential area associated with Hickam Air Force Base at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam installation on the southern coast of Oahu near Honolulu. The installation was attacked in the December 7, 1941 Japanese raid that brought the United States into World War II, and the base's historical significance has defined its character and its place in American military memory. Three golf facilities serve the military community at the joint base: Kealohi Golf Course, Mamala Bay Golf Course, and Navy Marine Golf Course together provide substantial recreational golf capacity for the large active-duty population at one of the most significant military installations in the Pacific.
