Golf in Royal Kunia

Royal Kunia is a planned residential community on the central Oahu plateau between the Pearl City corridor and the Waipahu-Mililani communities, developed on former agricultural land as part of the broader conversion of Oahu's interior plateau from pineapple and sugar production to residential use. Two golf facilities—Hawaii Country Club and Royal Kunia Country Club—serve the residential communities in this part of the Oahu interior, reflecting the golf demand generated by a residential area that developed with golf infrastructure as part of its original planning. The central plateau location provides views of both major Oahu mountain ranges—the Ko'olau to the east and the Waianae to the west—that give the courses a distinctive visual setting.
