Golf in Barnstable Town

Barnstable Town is the shire town of Barnstable County and the administrative center of a large town that encompasses seven villages stretching from Sandy Neck to Centerville. Cotuit Highground Golf Club serves the Barnstable interior in the wooded upland between the town's two main traffic corridors — Route 6A to the north and Route 28 to the south — in an area where the mid-Cape's agricultural and woodland character is more intact than in the commercial villages along either route.
