Golf in Devens

Devens is a Middlesex County community in the former Fort Devens military reservation, a planned community developed on the army base's land after its closing in the 1990s. Red Tail Golf Club serves this community at the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone, in terrain shaped by the Nashua River watershed and the open land that the base's former use preserved from the suburban development that consumed most of the surrounding communities.
