Golf in Garden

Garden is a very small Delta County community in the Garden Peninsula of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, a farming and fishing peninsula that juts south into Lake Michigan between Big Bay de Noc and Green Bay. The Garden Peninsula's character is defined by its remote agricultural and fishing identity—some of the most productive farmland in the UP occupies the peninsula's fertile soils, while the surrounding bays provide excellent walleye and perch fishing. Golf near Garden serves one of the more remote and distinctively agricultural communities in the Upper Peninsula, where the peninsula's isolation has preserved a genuinely rural farming character unlike most of the UP's forest and mining country.
