Golf in Sunset Beach

Sunset Beach is a small town on the barrier island of Sunset Beach in southern Brunswick County, near the South Carolina border. The beach community is one of a chain of Brunswick County barrier islands — including Holden Beach, Oak Island, and Ocean Isle Beach — along the coast south of Wilmington. Sunset Beach is one of the more resort-oriented golf destinations in the Brunswick County coastal corridor, with Sea Trail Golf Links and Legends Oyster Bay serving the area. The nearby Calabash seafood restaurants and the proximity to Myrtle Beach make the southern Brunswick coast a distinct tourist and golf destination.
