Golf in Tullahoma

Tullahoma is a Coffee County city on the Highland Rim between Nashville and Chattanooga, anchored economically by Arnold Air Force Base — the nation's primary aerospace testing facility, where hypersonic and altitude simulations are conducted in one of the most specialized testing environments in the world. The base's presence gives Tullahoma an engineering and technical workforce dimension uncommon for a city of its size in rural Middle Tennessee, and the spillover into the local economy is substantial. The surrounding Highland Rim terrain is limestone upland with cedar glades and hardwood forest, and the Normandy Lake reservoir on the Duck River provides a recreation corridor west of town. Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg is a short drive to the east, and Tullahoma's position between the two larger cities gives it reasonable access to both metro markets without being absorbed into either.
