Golf in Double Oak

Double Oak is a small residential city in eastern Denton County, in the suburban neighborhoods between Flower Mound and Lewisville. The community has a maintained residential character along the Lewisville Lake corridor and is known for its large lots and upscale homes on the gently varied terrain of eastern Denton County. Double Oak is one of the small independent cities in the rapidly growing eastern Denton County zone, where Lewisville Lake has anchored residential development. The city maintains strict residential zoning with little commercial development, preserving a neighborhood character uncommon in the densely developed northern Metroplex. One course serves the Double Oak and east Denton County residential community.
