Golf in Lewisville

Lewisville is a mid-size city in southeastern Denton County adjacent to Lake Lewisville, one of the major recreational reservoirs in the DFW Metroplex created by the dam on Elm Fork of the Trinity River. The city has grown substantially with residential development along the lake and the I-35E corridor, and has a large international population including significant South Asian and Korean communities that have developed distinct retail and dining corridors. The lake provides boating, fishing, and water recreation for the Denton County community and surrounding Metroplex population. The Great Wolf Lodge water park and entertainment resort is in Lewisville, reflecting the city's tourism and entertainment economy. The community is approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas along the I-35E corridor. Three courses serve the Lewisville community in the gently varied terrain near Lake Lewisville.
