Mt. Shasta Resort

Mt. Shasta Resort is in the city of Mount Shasta in Siskiyou County, at the foot of the Mount Shasta volcano in northern California. The resort sits at roughly 3,600 feet elevation along the Sacramento River headwaters corridor, and the volcanic cone rises to 14,179 feet immediately to the east. Interstate 5 runs through the city connecting it to Redding to the south and the Oregon border about 60 miles to the north. Shasta-Trinity National Forest surrounds the surrounding mountain terrain.
