McCloud Golf Club

McCloud Golf Club sits in McCloud, a small community in Siskiyou County at the southern base of Mount Shasta at roughly 3,400 feet of elevation. McCloud is positioned on the southern slopes of Mount Shasta, the massive volcano that rises to 14,179 feet and is one of the most prominent peaks in the Cascade Range. The town developed as a mill town in the lumber industry and is characterized by the McCloud River, which flows from the flanks of the volcano through the surrounding forest terrain.
