Sierra Golf and Country Club

Sierra Golf and Country Club is in Placerville, the county seat of El Dorado County, on the western grade of the Sierra Nevada foothills. Placerville sits at roughly 1,800 feet elevation along the Highway 50 corridor, midway between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe, in the heart of California's Mother Lode country. The Gold Country setting means the surrounding terrain is oak-and-pine foothill woodland typical of the western Sierra.
