Sycamore Canyon Golf Course

Sycamore Canyon Golf Course sits in Arvin, a small city in southern Kern County at the extreme southern end of the San Joaquin Valley. Arvin is positioned at the foot of the Tehachapi Mountains where the valley floor transitions into the lower mountain foothills, at the point where the valley narrows before closing against the Transverse Ranges. The city has a primarily agricultural economy focused on grapes, vegetables, and citrus grown in the valley floor and lower foothill terrain south of Bakersfield.
