Golf in Cottonwood

Cottonwood is a city in the Verde Valley of Yavapai County, in the middle Verde River corridor between Sedona and Prescott. Cottonwood serves as a commercial center for the Verde Valley, with significant wine country tourism as the Cottonwood-Jerome area has developed an Arizona wine industry around the area's vineyards. Old Town Cottonwood along Main Street has been developed as a tourism destination with wine tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops. The Verde River and its cottonwood-lined riparian corridor give the community its name and run through the otherwise arid terrain of the central Arizona valley. One course serves the Cottonwood community in the Verde Valley terrain of Yavapai County.
