Golf in Munds Park

Munds Park is a small mountain community in Yavapai County on the Coconino Plateau south of Flagstaff along the I-17 corridor, at roughly 6,500 feet elevation in the ponderosa pine terrain. The community serves as a summer retreat for Phoenix-area residents seeking the cooler mountain climate of the Colorado Plateau, with the Munds Park area providing a forested setting accessible from the I-17 between Phoenix and Flagstaff. The Pinewood Country Club is the golf and social hub for the Munds Park community, serving both year-round residents and seasonal second-home owners in the pine forest terrain south of Flagstaff.
