Golf in Oro Valley

Oro Valley is an incorporated town in northern Pima County north of Tucson, one of the more affluent communities in the Tucson metropolitan area with a reputation for strong public services, planned residential development, and outdoor recreation access. The town occupies the Sonoran Desert terrain at the base of the Tortolita and Catalina Mountains, with the dramatic mountain terrain providing a backdrop for the residential communities in the desert flatlands. Oro Valley has grown significantly as a preferred residential address for Tucson-area professionals and retirees, with the El Conquistador resort complex and multiple golf facilities serving the community. The community's location at the northern end of the Tucson Valley provides access to the Tortolita Mountain Regional Park and the Catalina State Park for outdoor recreation. Six courses serve the Oro Valley community in the desert terrain of northern Pima County.
