Golf in Valencia West

Valencia West is a community in western Pima County on the Tohono O'odham Nation land southwest of Tucson, in the flat Sonoran Desert terrain of the Tucson Basin west of the Tucson Mountains. The community is part of the Tohono O'odham Nation territory in the San Xavier area, with the San Xavier del Bac Mission nearby serving as one of the most significant Spanish colonial missions in North America. The Sewailo Golf Course serves both the tribal community and the broader Tucson area golf market in the flat desert terrain southwest of the main Tucson urban core. One course serves the Valencia West community in the Sonoran Desert terrain of western Pima County.
