Golf in Desert Palms

Desert Palms is a small unincorporated community in Riverside County in the Coachella Valley, in the area between Cathedral City and Palm Desert along the valley corridor. The community occupies flat desert valley terrain in the central Coachella Valley. Riverside County's unincorporated communities in the Coachella Valley exist within the broader resort corridor running from Palm Springs to Indio. Desert Palms has a mix of residential development and some commercial activity along the State Route 111 corridor. The surrounding desert valley has a warm winter climate that draws seasonal visitors and permanent residents to the area. The Santa Rosa Mountains rise to the south and the Little San Bernardino Mountains to the north, framing the valley. Palm Desert and Cathedral City provide commercial services for the community.
