Golf in Duarte

Duarte is a city in Los Angeles County in the San Gabriel Valley, between Monrovia and Azusa at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. The city occupies flat valley terrain below the Angeles National Forest, with the Duarte-Azusa corridor forming the eastern San Gabriel Valley residential zone. Los Angeles County's eastern foothill communities, including Duarte and Azusa, benefit from proximity to the natural areas of the San Gabriel Mountains. The City of Hope National Medical Center is within the city limits and is a major research and treatment institution for cancer and other serious diseases. The Gold Line light rail Foothill Extension provides transit service through the city.
