Golf in Augusta

Augusta is Georgia's second-largest city, positioned on the Savannah River at the fall line where the Piedmont meets the Coastal Plain. The city is internationally recognized as the home of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament, which has been held each April since 1934, establishing Augusta as one of the great golf cities in the world.
