Golf in Rutledge

Rutledge has 1 golf course — 1 public.

Rutledge is a small town in Morgan County in east-central Georgia, home to Hard Labor Creek State Park, one of Georgia's older state parks named for the creek that runs through it. Morgan County lies in the Georgia Piedmont about sixty miles east of Atlanta, with Madison as the county seat. Madison is one of the best-preserved antebellum towns in Georgia, reportedly spared during Sherman's March because local residents persuaded Union troops of the town's Unionist sympathies. The state park golf course at Hard Labor Creek serves the rural Morgan County community.
