Golf in Ranchos de Taos

Ranchos de Taos is a small community south of Taos proper in Taos County, internationally recognized as the site of the San Francisco de Asís Mission Church. That church's massive adobe buttresses have been painted by Georgia O'Keeffe, photographed by Ansel Adams, and reproduced as one of the most iconic images in American art — the building itself is a World Heritage Site candidate. The community sits at roughly 6,900 feet in the Taos valley, where the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the Rio Grande Gorge define a landscape of extraordinary drama.
