Golf in Conroe

Conroe is the county seat of Montgomery County north of Houston, one of the anchor cities of the rapidly growing north Houston corridor. Conroe serves as the commercial hub for a county that has been among the fastest-growing in the United States over the past decade, with Lake Conroe providing water recreation and the Sam Houston National Forest to the north providing a natural buffer. The city has a downtown that predates the modern suburban growth, and the Montgomery County area has one of the stronger residential real estate markets in Texas.
