Golf in Cypress

Cypress is a large, unincorporated community in northwest Harris County along the US 290 Freeway corridor, one of the most rapidly growing suburban communities in the greater Houston area. The Cypress Creek drainage defines the northern boundary of the community, and the area has attracted a large residential population in the flat terrain between the Houston urban core and the Waller County line. The US 290 corridor has one of the highest traffic volumes in the Houston area and has anchored significant retail and commercial development alongside the residential growth. Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District, one of the largest in Texas, serves the community. Two courses serve the Cypress community in the flat coastal plain terrain of northwest Harris County.
