Golf in Hackberry

Hackberry is a small community in northern Denton County adjacent to Little Elm on the north shore of Lake Lewisville, in the rapidly developing suburban zone along the Dallas North Tollway extension and the lake corridor. The community has seen growth as retirement and active adult communities have developed in the lake corridor north of Frisco and The Colony. Lake Lewisville's north shore provides water access that has attracted residential development. The gently varied terrain of north Denton County and the lake provide the setting for this growth area. Two courses serve the Hackberry and north Denton County golf area.
