Golf in Olmos Park

Olmos Park is a small incorporated city in northern Bexar County surrounded by northeast San Antonio, one of the small affluent residential enclaves within the San Antonio urban area that have maintained independent government. The community is along the Olmos Creek corridor in a residential area known for its mature neighborhoods and proximity to the Broadway cultural zone of northeast San Antonio. Olmos Park borders the Alamo Heights and Terrell Hills communities, all of which are small incorporated cities within the San Antonio city limits. The limestone terrain of northern Bexar County and the Olmos Creek drainage define the natural setting for the community. San Antonio's cultural institutions—the McNay Art Museum, the Witte Museum, and the Broadway commercial corridor—are immediately adjacent. One course, the Brackenridge Golf Course managed by the city in adjacent Brackenridge Park, serves the Olmos Park area.
