Golf in Universal City

Universal City is a small city in northeast Bexar County adjacent to Randolph Air Force Base, one of the San Antonio communities that has grown to serve the substantial military and civilian population at the Joint Base San Antonio complex. The community is part of the northeast San Antonio suburban zone along the I-35 and US 78 corridors. Randolph Air Force Base is one of the major installations in Joint Base San Antonio, serving as headquarters for Air Education and Training Command. Northeast Bexar County's communities—including Live Oak, Converse, and Universal City—form a cluster of suburban cities in the military-influenced northeast corridor. The limestone terrain of northeast Bexar County transitions between the flat San Antonio urban landscape and the Hill Country fringe to the north. One course serves the Universal City community in the northeast Bexar County terrain.
