Golf in Westover Hills

Westover Hills is a small affluent city in Tarrant County surrounded by west Fort Worth, home to three of the most storied member clubs in North Texas—Colonial Country Club, River Crest Country Club, and Ridgelea Country Club. Colonial Country Club has hosted the PGA Tour event known as the Colonial on the PGA Tour for decades, and its riverfront course on the Clear Fork of the Trinity River is among the most recognizable venues in North Texas golf. River Crest and Ridgelea round out the enclave's golf offerings. The community occupies the elevated limestone terrain above the Clear Fork of the Trinity River, with the river and the Cross Timbers landscape defining the setting. Three courses serve this small enclave community in the Cross Timbers terrain of west Fort Worth.
