Golf in West Valley City

West Valley City is Utah's second-largest city, immediately west of Salt Lake City on the valley floor. The city incorporated in 1980 from formerly unincorporated Salt Lake County land and has grown into a diverse, densely populated urban center with a substantial immigrant population — Spanish-speaking communities, Pacific Islander communities, and others have established West Valley as one of the more ethnically diverse cities in the Intermountain West. The USANA Amphitheatre, a major outdoor concert venue, and the Maverik Center arena anchor the city's entertainment identity alongside its three golf facilities — Stonebridge, Copper Golf Club, and The Ridge — which together serve one of the largest urban populations in the state.
