Dublin Ranch Golf Course is in Dublin, Contra Costa County, in the Tri-Valley area of the East Bay. Dublin is in the eastern Alameda-Contra Costa hill corridor at the eastern end of the Altamont Pass, in the valley where the Bay Area transitions toward the San Joaquin Delta.
