Golf in Beaumont

Beaumont is a city in Riverside County in the San Gorgonio Pass, east of Banning along Interstate 10. The city occupies foothill terrain at roughly 2,600 feet elevation in the pass between the San Bernardino and San Jacinto mountains. Riverside County's San Gorgonio Pass communities have grown substantially in recent decades, and Beaumont has been among the faster-growing cities in the county. The local economy includes retail, services, and some manufacturing. Interstate 10 provides the main highway connection west toward the Inland Empire and east toward Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley. The city has expanded with substantial new residential development in the Sundance and Tournament Hills areas. Cherry Valley is immediately to the north in the lower foothill terrain.
