Golf in Blairsden

Blairsden is a small community in Plumas County in the Sierra Nevada, in the Feather River Valley at roughly 4,200 feet elevation. The community sits in the mountain valley where the North Fork of the Feather River runs through Plumas County, surrounded by forested mountains of the northern Sierra. The Graeagle-Blairsden area has become a recreation destination for Northern California residents, with the river valley and surrounding terrain providing outdoor access throughout the year. The surrounding terrain includes granite peaks, meadows, and mixed conifer forest at the elevation typical of Plumas County's high country. State Route 89 passes through the area, connecting the valley to Truckee and Lake Tahoe to the south and to Quincy to the north. Blairsden and adjacent Graeagle together provide limited commercial services for visitors and seasonal residents in the valley.
