Golf in Cypress

Cypress is a city in Orange County in the northwestern portion of the county, between Anaheim and Long Beach along the freeway corridor. The city occupies flat basin terrain in northwestern Orange County and has a primarily suburban residential and commercial character. Orange County's northwestern cities, including Cypress, Buena Park, and La Palma, are in a zone of dense suburban development close to the Los Angeles County line. Cypress College is in the city and serves local community college education needs. The city has a significant commercial and light industrial presence along the main arterial corridors. The Los Alamitos Race Course nearby provides horse racing and entertainment. Interstate 405 and State Route 22 provide the main freeway access.
