Golf in Grover Beach

Grover Beach is a small city in San Luis Obispo County on the south coast of the county, at the south end of the Pismo Beach area. The city fronts the Pacific Ocean along a stretch of sandy beach and dune terrain. San Luis Obispo County's south coast communities, including Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, and Arroyo Grande, occupy a continuous coastal strip where the dune and beach terrain meets the coastal hills. Grover Beach has a small downtown and a residential base, with tourism and beach recreation contributing to the local economy. US Highway 101 runs through adjacent communities and provides highway access. The Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area is adjacent to the south, providing dune driving access that draws off-road vehicle users. The city has a relatively modest residential density for a coastal community.
