Golf in Pine Mountain Club

Pine Mountain Club is a small mountain community in Los Angeles County in the Tehachapi Mountains, southwest of Tehachapi and northwest of Santa Clarita in the Los Padres National Forest area. The community sits at roughly 5,800 feet elevation in a forested mountain environment, far above the surrounding valley communities. Los Angeles County's mountain communities include several isolated developments in the higher ranges, and Pine Mountain Club is among the more remote, accessible primarily via State Route 33 and Mil Potrero Highway from the Cuyama Valley or from Pine Valley Road from the south. The community has a small year-round population and vacation properties. The surrounding Transverse Range terrain consists of pine and mixed conifer forest, with the Los Padres National Forest encompassing the surrounding public land.
