Golf in Ojai

Ojai is a small city in Ventura County in the Ojai Valley, at the eastern end of the valley roughly 14 miles northeast of Ventura. The city sits at roughly 750 feet elevation in a broad east-west valley surrounded by the Topatopa Mountains to the north and the Sulphur Mountain ridge to the south. Ventura County's Ojai Valley has a warm, inland climate with hot summers and mild winters compared to the coastal communities. The city has a small-town commercial character centered on the downtown arcade shopping area, with arts, crafts, and independent retail. Ojai draws visitors for its distinct character and has long been associated with arts and retreat activities. State Route 33 connects Ojai to Ventura to the south and to the Los Padres National Forest to the north.
