Golf in Skidaway Island

Skidaway Island is a barrier island in Chatham County south of Savannah, largely developed as The Landings, a large planned gated community with six golf courses and extensive amenities for permanent and seasonal residents. The island is also home to Skidaway Island State Park, which offers camping, trails, and access to the coastal Georgia marshes. Three golf courses listed here are at The Landings, which serves a primarily retirement-oriented residential population attracted by the gated community environment and proximity to Savannah.
