Golf in Bee Cave

Bee Cave is a city in Travis County west of Austin along SH-71 near Lake Travis, one of the rapidly growing western Austin suburbs in the Hill Country fringe. The community has attracted significant retail development including the Hill Country Galleria, alongside the residential growth driven by Austin's tech-sector expansion westward. The Hill Country limestone terrain of western Travis County provides a distinct setting from the flat Blackland Prairie east of Austin, with cedar and live oak woodland on the Edwards Plateau edge. Lake Travis and the Colorado River provide recreation in this part of the Austin suburban area. Bee Cave is one of the newer incorporated communities in the western Travis County growth corridor. One course serves this Hill Country-edge community.
