Golf in Bishop Hills

Bishop Hills is a small incorporated city in Potter County within the Amarillo metropolitan area, on the flat High Plains of the Texas Panhandle. The community is home to the Tascosa Golf Club complex with its multiple layouts, serving the Amarillo area golf community. Potter County and the surrounding Panhandle counties have a semi-arid climate with persistent winds from the west, and the flat Llano Estacado terrain sits at roughly 3,600 feet elevation. Amarillo is the dominant urban center in the Texas Panhandle and serves as the commercial, medical, and cultural hub for the region.
