Golf in Horizon City

Horizon City is a growing city in eastern El Paso County on the flat desert terrain east of the Franklin Mountains, in the outer eastern suburbs of El Paso. The community has grown as El Paso's population has expanded eastward into the Chihuahuan Desert basin, with residential development on the flat caliche terrain at roughly 3,700 feet elevation. Horizon City is part of the east El Paso suburban corridor along the I-10 and US 62-180 routes toward Dell City and the Davis Mountains. The flat desert terrain, the mountain backdrop, and the arid climate characterize the setting for this growing community. One course serves the Horizon City community in the Chihuahuan Desert terrain of eastern El Paso County.
