Golf in Sachse

Sachse is a small city in Collin and Rockwall Counties northeast of Dallas, in the suburban zone between Garland, Rowlett, Wylie, and the Lake Ray Hubbard area. The community has grown as the northeastern DFW suburban area has filled in, with residential development on the flat to gently varied terrain of the upper Lake Ray Hubbard watershed. Firewheel Golf Park, a City of Garland facility that extends into the Sachse area, and Woodbridge Golf Club serve the Sachse and northeastern Collin County golf community. The northeastern DFW suburban area has seen strong residential growth along the SH-78 and US-75 corridors northeast of Dallas. Two courses serve the Sachse community in the northeastern Collin County terrain.
